Abstract:
Over the last year IBM has delivered Microprofile support in WebSphere Liberty - a new programming model for developing microservices. We also released IBM Voice Gateway - a WebSphere based solution that connects Watson services in the cloud to call centers, allowing Watson to act as a cognitive call center agent, and Microservice Builder - making it easy to develop, deploy, and manage microservices in the IBM Cloud. Finally we have recently launched Open Liberty - an open source lightweight application server ideal for developing microservices. Come to this session to learn about the latest updates and direction for WebSphere.
