Angus has over 30 years experience in the IT Service Management arena helping large and small clients gain value form IBM's solutions. As a speciality architect in the Hybrid Cloud division he is responsible for the entire ITSM solution set and works with major banks, Scottish customers as well as others in the UK. He drives the UK Tivoli User Group (Nov 30th@ SBank!) which sees all our major customers come together to share and exchange ideas.
