Mark Roberts:

Mark holds a Bachelors Degree in General Engineering and a Masters Degree in Distributed Systems Design, has over 25 years experience in a wide variety of computer systems and is a Member of the British Computer Society and a Chartered Engineer.
Mark joined Rational Software in 1999 (acquired by IBM in 2003) and after focussing on change and configuration management solutions he expanded his coverage of the software development lifecycle to include requirements and test management. Following recent acquisitions by IBM Mark expanded his portfolio to include UrbanCode for deployment and release automation, and with the Aspera Software acquisition Mark began working on fast file transfer and collaboration solutions.

Mark has delivered consultancy, training and mentoring on the IBM solutions in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, South Africa and USA.
