Abstract:
WebSphere eXtreme Scale is a very versatile product and proved itself cutting costs, providing critical performance, improving resilient (or a mixture of all 3!).  Sometimes this versatility makes it hard to understand where WebSphere eXtreme Scale would be used. This presentation will provide an update on WebSphere eXtreme Scale (for those new to the product) and outline some of the use cases; from very simple, low complexity scenarios to high performance, grid-style scenarios.  The presentation  will finish by discussing some advanced, developing best practices for building high performance and highly resilient applications.
