Lee has worked for a number of Financial services organisations over his time in various teams, he started with WebSphere 3.0.2 on Windows NT right up to the latest 8.5, he has worked in development, support, engineering and more recently moved into a managerial role heading up the Global Middleware group at Fidelity Investments.
